My personal project focuses on developing a complete full-stack application independently. I am managing both front-end and back-end components, working through the entire development lifecycle from design to implementation.   • Created a system to track inventory items, including vehicles, and manage loaner requests using ServiceNow’s core modules.
  • Addressed challenges in automating complex approval flows for high-demand items, which were resolved using ServiceNow’s Flow Designer for enhanced automation.

  • Inventory Management: Configured tables to store details for inventory items, including vehicles and other loaner assets, and set up forms for users to submit and track requests.
  • Loaner Vehicle Requests: Designed a dedicated module for users to request loaner vehicles, specifying vehicle type, reservation period, and other relevant details. Configured ServiceNow forms to capture this information seamlessly.
  • Flow Designer Automation: Utilized Flow Designer to automate approval workflows based on role permissions and vehicle availability, with automated email notifications to alert users upon approval or denial of requests.
  • Reporting and Notifications: Integrated basic reporting to monitor asset utilization and set up notifications for users and administrators to stay updated on request statuses.

 

Outcome: The system effectively managed inventory and streamlined the loaner vehicle request process, showcasing ServiceNow configuration skills and Flow Designer automation for asset and request management. This project provided hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s Flow Designer, enabling efficient handling of asset tracking and request approvals.

 

Security Monitoring with Splunk

Overview: Developed a prototype app called “Healthy Habit Dice,” designed to help users build wellness routines through randomized habit suggestions. The app encourages users to incorporate healthy habits into their daily routines by “rolling” for a new activity each day.
